1/2 First Month’s Rent + 7% monthly

For Tenancy Placement only - 1/2 First Month’s Rent (negotiable for luxury listings)

- Market analysis, creation & publish on multiple platforms
- Coordinate professional photography
- Arrange viewings
- Screen tenants
- Facilitate contracted services when required
- Manage needs of tenants during tenancy
- Coordinate any on site services in strata units (ie. fire alarm testing, dryer vent cleaning & other maintenance)
